One of Solana Beach's hidden treasures, Park Del Mar is perched on a seaside hilltop with sweeping panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, local mountains, and the Del Mar Race Track. Built in 1962, this community has maintained its mid-century charm with a strong sense of community spirit.
Our community consists of three unique HOAs, all falling under the PARK DEL MAR HOA, which includes all the single-family homes. Solana Court represents the Townhomes; Solana Vista refers to the 640 WSC Condos; and Lot 91 refers to the 620 WSC Condos. Each HOA has its own Board of Directors, Management Company, CC&Rs, Rules and Regulations and Homeowner/Board meeting.
